Recovery Officer
Job Role : Recovery Officer is responsible for ensuring timely recovery of loans and dues, minimizing non-performing assets (NPAs), and maintaining healthy credit portfolios while upholding cooperative principles and member relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor overdue loans and outstanding accounts.
- Contact members to follow up on repayments.
- Plan and implement recovery strategies for delinquent accounts.
- Negotiate repayment schedules and settlements with members.
- Maintain accurate records of recovery activities.
- Coordinate with branch staff for loan recovery efforts.
- Report recovery status to Branch Manager regularly.
- Ensure compliance with cooperative laws and internal policies.
