Job Role : Recovery Officer is responsible for managing the recovery of loans and dues from members, ensuring compliance with cooperative society rules, and maintaining accurate records. This role involves communicating with members, negotiating repayment, and supporting the financial stability of the society.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding loans and member dues
- Contact members to recover payments and negotiate repayment plans
- Maintain accurate records of all recovery activities
- Prepare reports on recovery status and submit to management
- Ensure compliance with cooperative society rules and regulations
- Coordinate with internal departments and auditors when needed
- Advise members on repayment schedules and loan terms
