Job Role : Sales Assistant in a jewellery shop is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting jewellery that meets their preferences, occasions, and budgets. The role involves presenting gold, diamond, silver, and other jewellery items with product knowledge and professionalism, ensuring customers feel confident and valued throughout their purchase journey .
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet customers and understand their jewellery requirements
- Assist customers in selecting suitable designs and products

- Handle billing, invoicing, and basic sales documentation
