Job Role :  Sales Consultant is responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process by understanding their needs, presenting suitable options, conducting test drives, and delivering excellent customer service. This role involves achieving sales targets, maintaining strong product knowledge, and promoting the dealership’s reputation for professionalism and customer satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities : 

  • Greet customers and identify their vehicle needs.
  • Present and demonstrate vehicles, features, and benefits.
  • Conduct and coordinate safe and professional test drives.
  • Prepare and present pricing, financing options, and sales proposals.
  • Negotiate terms within dealership guidelines to close sales.
  • Maintain accurate records and update the CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads and existing customers to drive repeat business.
  • Stay updated on vehicle models, features, and industry trends.
  • Ensure showroom and vehicles are clean, organized, and customer-ready.
  • Collaborate with finance, service, and management teams for a smooth sales process.
