Job Role : Sales Coordinator acts as a bridge between the sales team, customers, and internal departments, ensuring smooth sales operations by handling administrative tasks, coordinating orders, managing customer communications, maintaining records, and supporting the sales team to achieve targets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities : 

  • Assist the sales team with order processing, documentation, and reporting
  • Coordinate with customers regarding orders, inquiries, and delivery schedules
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, invoices, and customer information
  • Prepare sales reports, presentations, and forecasts for management
  • Follow up on leads and coordinate between sales and other departments
  • Support sales team in meetings, presentations, and client communications
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders
  • Monitor and track sales performance and customer satisfaction
  • Liaise with logistics, finance, and production teams to resolve issues
