Job Role :  Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating between clients and internal departments, and ensuring smooth execution of sales operations.

Key Responsibilities : 

  • Assist the sales team in daily activities and client communication
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts for timely delivery
  • Maintain and update customer records and CRM systems
  • Track orders, follow up on pending deliveries, and resolve issues
  • Generate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics
  • Support the sales team during client meetings and presentations
  • Monitor customer feedback and help resolve complaints efficiently
