Sales Executive
Job Role : Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling vehicles, achieving sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role involves guiding customers through the buying process and supporting showroom operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual vehicle sales targets.
- Greet customers and understand their requirements.
- Present and demonstrate vehicles, features, and financing options.
- Arrange test drives and explain vehicle specifications.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and negotiations.
- Assist customers in completing sales documentation and vehicle delivery.
- Follow up with potential leads and maintain CRM/DMS records.
- Coordinate with finance, service, and admin teams for smooth transactions.
- Promote showroom offers, schemes, and campaigns. Maintain showroom display, vehicle inventory, and brand standards.
