Sales Executive
Job Role : Sales Executive is responsible for selling vehicles to customers by understanding their needs, providing product information, and delivering an excellent showroom experience. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, generating leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet customers and understand their vehicle requirements
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and offers
- Conduct test drives and product demonstrations
- Generate and follow up on sales leads through walk-ins, calls, and referrals
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Assist customers with financing, insurance, and documentation
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Coordinate with delivery, registration, and service teams
- Ensure high customer satisfaction before and after vehicle delivery
- Participate in showroom promotions, events, and marketing activities
