Sales Executive
Job Role : Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling automobiles to customers, managing showroom operations, and ensuring an excellent customer experience to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and interact with showroom visitors, understanding their needs and preferences
- Present and demonstrate vehicle features, specifications, and benefits
- Provide price quotations, financing options, and promotional offers
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed sales
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Coordinate with finance, service, and delivery teams for smooth transactions
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and showroom
- KPIs Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, competitor offerings, and market trends
- Prepare sales reports and maintain
- CRM or sales records
