Sales Executive
Job Role : Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles, explaining product features, arranging test drives, and achieving sales targets while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle needs and preferences
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and financing options
- Arrange and conduct test drives for customers
- Negotiate prices and close sales deals
- Prepare sales documents and coordinate with finance and insurance teams
- Follow up with potential and existing customers to maintain relationships
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Maintain showroom display standards and vehicle availability records
- Keep updated with new automobile models, promotions, and market trends
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally
