Sales Executive
Job Role : Sales Executive is responsible for selling vehicles, understanding customer requirements, and providing excellent service throughout the sales process. The role involves meeting sales targets, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring a smooth buying experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist showroom visitors and prospective buyers
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and financing options
- Arrange and conduct test drives for customers
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documentation
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals effectively
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
- Coordinate with finance and insurance teams for loan and policy processing
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles and post-sale support
- Maintain accurate records of customers, sales, and inventory in CRM
