Job Role :  Sales Executive in an automobile showroom is responsible for selling vehicles, generating leads, and ensuring an excellent customer buying experience. They act as the frontline representative of the showroom, guiding customers through product features, test drives, financing options, and completing the sales process. The Sales Executive also maintains customer relationships, meets sales targets, and supports showroom growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles
  • Conduct product presentations and arrange test drives
  • Explain financing, insurance, and after-sales services
  • Generate leads through calls, walk-ins, and referrals
  • Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales
  • Negotiate prices, offers, and payment terms with customers
  • Maintain customer database and update CRM regularly
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with back-office and finance teams for smooth transactions
  • Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolutions
  • Participate in promotional campaigns and showroom events
  • Keep updated with product knowledge and competitor activities
  • Maintain showroom discipline and professional behavior
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
