Job Role :  Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets to contribute to business growth. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, presenting products or services to potential customers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Executive works closely with the sales team and management to implement sales strategies and expand the company’s market presence. 

Key Responsibilities :

  •  Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Generate leads through calls, visits, and networking.
  • Present and promote company products or services to clients.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Follow up on inquiries and convert them into sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client data.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitors.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery.
  • Attend meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
