Sales Executive
Job Role : Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling vehicles to customers while delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves understanding customer needs, presenting suitable vehicle options, conducting test drives, negotiating deals, and ensuring a smooth sales process from inquiry to delivery.
Key Responsibilities : Greet and assist customers to understand their vehicle requirements. Present and explain vehicle models, features, specifications, and pricing. Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle performance and benefits. Follow up with leads, inquiries, and potential customers to drive sales. Negotiate pricing, financing options, and finalize sales agreements. Maintain product knowledge on new models, features, and promotional offers. Work closely with the finance, insurance, and delivery teams to complete the sales process. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to dealership revenue growth.
