Sales Executive
Job Role :Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales, delivering excellent customer service, and achieving monthly targets in an automobile showroom. This role involves assisting customers in selecting vehicles, explaining features and financing options, conducting test drives, and ensuring a smooth sales process from inquiry to delivery.
Key Responsibility : Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle models. Present vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and financing options. Arrange and accompany customers on test drives. Negotiate pricing and close sales to meet monthly targets. Prepare sales quotations, purchase orders, and documentation. Coordinate with finance, insurance, and back-office teams for smooth delivery. Follow up with potential customers and maintain strong customer relationships. Participate in promotional events, campaigns, and customer outreach activities.
