Job Role :  Sales Manager (Electric Vehicles) is responsible for driving EV sales performance, managing the sales team, developing strategies to increase market penetration, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role requires strong knowledge of electric vehicles, charging technologies, government incentives, and evolving industry trends.

Key Responsibilities :  
Achieve EV sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
Manage, train, and motivate the EV sales team for maximum performance.
Generate new business opportunities and build strong customer relationships.
Ensure exceptional customer experience and handle escalated queries.
Maintain expert knowledge of EV products, charging systems, and government incentives.
Oversee showroom operations, test drives, and vehicle delivery coordination.
Track sales pipeline, maintain documentation, and prepare management reports.
