Sales Manager
Job Role : Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales of industrial, commercial, or specialized equipment, managing a sales team, developing strategies to achieve revenue targets, and building strong customer relationships. The role requires a combination of technical product knowledge and sales expertise.
Key Responsibilities :
- Achieve sales targets and revenue goals for equipment products within assigned territory.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand customer base.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team for peak performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and key accounts.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals for customers.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and service teams to ensure timely delivery and support.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics for management review.
- Support tender processes, quotations, and contract negotiations.
