Sales Manager
Job Role : Sales Manager is responsible for leading the automobile showroom sales team to achieve vehicle sales targets, enhance customer satisfaction, and maximize profitability. This role involves managing daily sales operations, developing sales strategies, training staff, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and manufacturers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, motivate, and manage the showroom sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Plan and implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities
- Monitor daily sales performance and prepare sales reports and forecasts
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle escalated customer issues
- Manage showroom operations, including vehicle display, pricing, and inventory coordination
- Train, coach, and evaluate sales executives to improve performance and product knowledge
- Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns, test drives, and events Maintain strong relationships with OEMs, financiers, insurers, and corporate clients
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and brand standards
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences
