Sales Manager
Job Role : Sales Manager is responsible for driving vehicle sales, leading the sales team, achieving targets, and delivering an excellent customer experience while promoting electric vehicle products and solutions.
Key Responsiblities :
- Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Lead, train, and motivate the showroom sales team
- Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, corporate sales, and digital platforms
- Conduct EV product demonstrations and test drives for customers
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends
- Manage customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels
- Handle price negotiations, quotations, and deal closures
- Coordinate with finance partners for loans, leasing, and subsidy processing
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery and proper documentation
- Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales reports
- Support promotional events, roadshows, and EV awareness programs
- Handle escalated customer queries and complaints
