Sales Officer
Job Role : Sales Officer is responsible for promoting and selling agro-biotech products, building and maintaining strong relationships with farmers, distributors, and dealers, and achieving sales targets. The role involves understanding customer needs, providing technical guidance on products, and supporting the company’s growth in agricultural biotechnology markets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new customers, dealers, and distributors for agro-biotech products
- Promote the company’s products, including biofertilizers, biopesticides, and other biotechnology solutions
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers on product usage and benefits
- Conduct field visits, demonstrations, and product trials for farmers and clients
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain customer records
- Collaborate with marketing, production, and R&D teams to meet customer requirements
- Support exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional campaigns
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and ethical standards
