Sales Officer

Job Role :Sales Officer is responsible for generating sales, managing client relationships, conducting site visits, and converting potential leads into confirmed bookings. The role involves understanding customer requirements, explaining project features, negotiating deals, and achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Generate new leads through inquiries, referrals, field visits, and marketing activities.
  • Conduct site visits with potential clients and explain project features, pricing, and benefits.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options. Follow up with leads to convert them into confirmed bookings. Negotiate prices, payment plans, and finalize sales agreements.
  • Maintain relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat and referral business.
  • Coordinate with pre-sales, marketing, and CRM teams for smooth sales operations.
  • Ensure all documentation, agreements, and records are accurate and up to date.
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and achieve assigned sales targets. Stay updated on project information, market trends, and competitor activities.
