Sales Officer
Job Role : Sales Officer is responsible for promoting housing finance products, generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong communication, customer service, and financial knowledge.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and generate leads for housing loans and finance products.
Meet prospective clients, explain products, and address queries.
Assist clients in completing loan applications and documentation.
Follow up on loan approvals, disbursement, and customer feedback.
Maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and developers.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to branch growth.
Prepare reports on sales activities, leads, and pipeline status.
