Sales Support Executive – College
Job Role : Sales Support Executive assists the admissions and sales team in lead management, student counseling, follow-ups, documentation, and coordination activities. The role ensures smooth processing of admissions and supports overall enrollment targets by handling inquiries and providing timely support to students and parents.
Key Responsibilities : Handle incoming inquiries from students and parents via phone, email, and walk-ins. Provide accurate course information, fee details, and college facilities during counseling. Assist the sales/admissions team in lead generation, follow-ups, and closing admissions. Maintain and update student inquiry databases and CRM systems. Support the admission process by collecting documents, verifying details, and preparing files. Coordinate with academic, finance, and administrative departments for smooth onboarding of students. Schedule counseling sessions, campus visits, and admission interviews. Prepare daily/weekly reports on inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions. Assist in organizing marketing events, seminars, school visits, and promotional activities. Build positive relationships with students and provide ongoing support during the admission cycle.
