Job Role:  School Administration Officer supports the efficient day-to-day operations of the school by providing administrative, clerical, and organizational assistance to school leadership, teachers, parents, and students. This role ensures smooth office management, effective communication, and accurate record-keeping while supporting the school’s educational mission.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage the school’s front office and respond to student, parent, and staff enquiries.
  • Handle daily correspondence, phone calls, and emails professionally.
  • Maintain accurate student records, attendance data, and school databases.
  • Process student enrolments, transfers, and withdrawal documentation.
  • Prepare school letters, reports, notices, and general communications.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and school events.
  • Assist teachers and leadership with administrative and clerical tasks.
  • Support fee collection, invoicing, and basic financial administration.
  • Organize and maintain office supplies, equipment, and resources.
  • Liaise with external service providers and coordinate maintenance requests.
  • Communicate important updates to parents through emails or school systems.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with school policies and procedures.
