Job Role :  School Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the administrative and operational functions of the school office. This role ensures smooth daily operations, effective communication, efficient record-keeping, and coordination between staff, students, parents, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities : 

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Supervise office staff and coordinate their responsibilities.
  • Maintain student records, admissions, and enrollment documentation.
  • Handle correspondence and communication with parents, staff, and vendors. Assist in budgeting, financial record-keeping, and procurement.
  • Ensure compliance with school policies, safety regulations, and administrative procedures.
  • Support planning and organization of school events and programs.
  • Maintain office equipment, supplies, and facilities in proper working order.
  • Implement and monitor efficient office systems and workflows.
