Job Role : School Teacher is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, creating a positive learning environment, and supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of students. The role involves planning lessons, assessing student progress, maintaining classroom management, and contributing to the overall mission of the school.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with curriculum standards.
  • Create a positive, safe, and supportive classroom environment for all students.
  • Assess, record, and report on student progress through tests, assignments, and observations.
  • Use differentiated teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
  • Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain order and respect.
  • Prepare teaching materials and resources to support learning activities.
  • Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student performance and behaviour.
  • Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan curriculum, share strategies, and improve teaching practices.
  • Maintain accurate attendance, assessment, and administrative records.
  • Provide extra academic support or enrichment activities when needed.
