Job Role :  Secondary Packing In-Charge oversees the secondary packaging operations of finished products, ensuring that products are packed accurately, safely, and according to quality and regulatory standards. This role involves supervising packing staff, managing packaging materials, and maintaining efficiency in the packing department.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Supervise and manage the secondary packing team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure products are packed accurately, neatly, and as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Monitor packing materials inventory and coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment.
  • Ensure all packed products meet quality standards and labeling requirements.
  • Maintain proper documentation of packing operations, batch details, and production records.
  • Train and guide packing staff on safety, hygiene, and efficiency practices.
  • Identify and resolve issues in packing processes to avoid delays or errors.
  • Coordinate with production, QC, and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and hygiene standards in the packing area.
  • Conduct periodic inspections to maintain high standards of packing and cleanliness.
