Job Role :  Secondary Teacher is responsible for delivering subject-specific instruction to students at the middle and secondary level. The role involves planning lessons, explaining complex concepts clearly, evaluating student performance, maintaining classroom discipline, and preparing students for academic examinations while supporting their overall development. 

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan and deliver subject-specific lessons as per curriculum standards.
• Teach assigned subjects such as English, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, or others.
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and examination papers.
• Assess and evaluate student performance through tests and projects.
• Maintain classroom discipline and a productive learning environment.
• Provide remedial support to students who require additional guidance.
• Prepare students for board exams and internal assessments.
• Maintain accurate student records and progress reports.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding academic performance.
• Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and school activities.
• Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and independent learning.
• Ensure compliance with school policies and educational regulations.
