Job Role :  Senior Advocate will be responsible for leading and managing all legal functions related to real estate projects, land acquisition, property documentation, regulatory compliance, and litigation. The role requires providing expert legal advice on property laws, drafting and vetting complex agreements, representing the company in legal forums, reducing legal risks, and ensuring all real estate operations comply with statutory requirements. The Senior Advocate will coordinate with internal departments, external legal counsel, and government authorities to support smooth execution of projects and protect the company’s legal interests.

Key Responsibilities : 

  • Provide legal advice on real estate laws, RERA compliance, and property transactions.
  • Conduct legal due diligence on land titles and project documentation.
  • Draft and vet agreements such as sale deeds, lease deeds, and development contracts.
  • Represent the company in courts, tribunals, and regulatory authorities.
  • Manage and coordinate with external legal counsel and law firms.
  • Handle litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution matters.
  • Identify legal risks in land acquisition and project execution.
  • Prepare legal notices, replies, and internal legal opinions.
  • Ensure adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with government authorities for approvals, NOCs, and registrations.
