Senior Architect
Job Role : Senior Architect leads the conceptualization, design, and execution of architectural and interior design projects, ensuring that each project meets functional, aesthetic, and regulatory standards. This role involves guiding junior architects and design teams, coordinating with clients and consultants, and overseeing all phases of project development from initial concept to final construction. The Senior Architect ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with the studio’s design philosophy and quality standards.
Key Responsibiliies :
- Lead architectural and interior design projects from concept through completion.
- Develop innovative and practical design solutions that meet client requirements.
- Prepare architectural drawings, 3D models, renderings, and presentation materials.
- Review and approve design documents, drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, engineers, and other consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor and supervise junior architects, designers, and interns.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure design intent is maintained.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design workshops.
- Research and implement sustainable and cost-effective design strategies.
- Collaborate with interior designers and planners to create cohesive design solutions.
