Senior Architect
Job Role : Senior Architect is responsible for leading the design and planning of architectural projects, managing project teams, and ensuring high-quality, innovative, and functional designs that meet client requirements and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead architectural design projects from concept to completion
- Prepare, review, and approve architectural drawings, plans, and specifications
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to understand project requirements
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Mentor and guide junior architects and design team members
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and quality
- Develop project budgets, schedules, and resource plans
- Research and implement innovative design solutions and sustainable practices
- Coordinate with consultants and multidisciplinary teams for integrated project delivery
- Present designs, proposals, and progress updates to clients and management
- Maintain documentation and records for design, approvals, and project changes
