Senior Architect
Job Role : Senior Architect is responsible for leading the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion. They oversee project planning, coordinate with clients, consultants, and construction teams, and ensure that designs meet functional, aesthetic, safety, and regulatory requirements. Senior Architects provide technical leadership to junior architects and designers, review drawings and specifications, manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure high-quality standards throughout the design and construction process
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead architectural design and project development.
- Manage projects from concept design to final construction.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Review and approve architectural drawings and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Supervise and mentor junior architects and design teams.
- Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress.
- Prepare design presentations, reports, and proposals.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Integrate sustainable and innovative design solutions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for project execution.
- Resolve design and construction-related issues.
