Job Role :  Senior Civil Engineer is responsible for planning, designing, supervising, and managing construction projects from inception to completion. The role involves overseeing site operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, coordinating with project managers, contractors, and clients, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities :

  •  Lead and manage civil engineering projects including residential, commercial, and infrastructure works.
  • Review, approve, and prepare engineering designs, drawings, and specifications.
  • Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with approved plans and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and government authorities.
  • Conduct site inspections and resolve technical problems promptly.
  • Prepare project schedules, cost estimates, and budget forecasts.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare status reports for senior management.
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to industry standards and building codes.
  • Manage procurement of materials and equipment.
  • Mentor and supervise junior engineers and site staff.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental and legal regulations.
