Job Role : Senior Clerk is responsible for handling senior-level clerical and administrative work, maintaining official records, ensuring accurate documentation, and supporting smooth functioning of the office in accordance with institutional rules and procedures.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle establishment, accounts, academic, and general administrative work.
  • Maintain service books, leave records, pay bills, and related documentation.
  • Prepare and process official correspondence, notes, and reports.
  • Maintain and update registers, files, and office records accurately.
  • Assist in admissions, examinations, and student-related administrative work.
  • Ensure compliance with institutional, university, and government regulations.
  • Guide and support junior clerical staff in office procedures.
  • Coordinate with departments, students, and external agencies as required.
  • Assist in audit work and respond to audit objections.
