Job Role : Senior Education Counsellor guides prospective students and parents through the admissions and career guidance process, providing expert advice on courses, programs, and career pathways. This role requires a strong understanding of the education sector, excellent counselling skills, and the ability to meet enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide personalized academic and career counselling to prospective students and their families.
- Assess student interests, skills, and goals to recommend suitable courses or programs.
- Manage the end-to-end admissions process, from inquiry to enrollment.
- Conduct follow-ups with leads to ensure high conversion rates.
- Coordinate with marketing and admissions teams to align counselling efforts with campaigns.
- Organize and participate in webinars, career fairs, and open houses.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and counselling outcomes.
- Mentor and support junior counsellors when needed.
