Senior Engineer
Job Role : Senior Engineer is responsible for overseeing engineering activities, managing projects, ensuring quality standards, and providing technical guidance to junior engineers. They coordinate with stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
Key Responsibilities :
Plan, design, and supervise engineering projects from concept to completion
Review and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications
Ensure projects comply with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
Lead and mentor junior engineers and site staff
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients
Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets
Conduct technical problem-solving and troubleshooting on-site
Prepare technical reports, documentation, and project updates
Assist in procurement of materials, equipment, and services
Implement process improvements and best engineering practices
Conduct inspections and ensure adherence to project standards
