Senior Engineer
Job Role : Senior Engineer is responsible for leading engineering activities on projects, ensuring technical accuracy, quality compliance, and timely execution while coordinating with teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and supervise engineering and site teams
- Review and approve drawings, method statements, and technical submissions
- Plan, monitor, and control project execution and schedules
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, contractors, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
- Identify technical risks and implement corrective actions
- Monitor resource allocation, materials, and manpower
- Prepare progress reports and support project management decisions
- Mentor junior engineers and site staff
