Senior Interior Designer
We are looking for an experienced and visionary Senior Interior Designer to lead and execute interior design projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to deliver creative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing interior environments that meet client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead and manage interior design projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met.
*Develop innovative design concepts, presentations, and layouts for residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
*Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and material boards using CAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software.
*Collaborate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
*Mentor and guide junior designers and design assistants, providing feedback and professional development.
*Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design intent.
*Research and specify furniture, finishes, fixtures, and materials, ensuring compliance with codes and sustainability standards.
