Senior Project Manager
Job Role : Senior Project Manager is responsible for planning, leading, and delivering construction projects from initiation to completion while ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. The role involves strategic decision-making, coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams, and overall control of project execution, resources, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage construction projects from concept to final handover
- Define project scope, objectives, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and contractors
- Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved
- Control project costs and manage budgets and cash flow
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Review and approve project plans, drawings, and technical submissions
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery
- Resolve high-level technical, contractual, and execution issues
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients
- Ensure effective communication across all project stakeholders
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate project management and site teams
- Manage contract administration, variations, and claims
