Job Role : Senior Relationship Manager is responsible for managing high-value client relationships, driving business growth, and leading a team of relationship managers to achieve organizational targets.

Key Responsibilities : 

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key clients and strategic accounts
  • Identify opportunities to grow business and cross-sell products/services
  • Lead and mentor a team of relationship managers or account executives
  • Develop client retention strategies and ensure high client satisfaction
  • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and business reviews
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, service, operations) to deliver solutions
  • Monitor client accounts, resolve escalations, and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitor activities
  • Prepare reports on client portfolio performance and business forecasts
