Senior Relationship Manager
Job Role : Senior Relationship Manager is responsible for managing high-value client relationships, driving business growth, and leading a team of relationship managers to achieve organizational targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and nurture relationships with key clients and strategic accounts
- Identify opportunities to grow business and cross-sell products/services
- Lead and mentor a team of relationship managers or account executives
- Develop client retention strategies and ensure high client satisfaction
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and business reviews
