Senior Technician – Automobile Showroom
Job Role : Senior Technician is responsible for performing advanced diagnostics, repair, and maintenance of vehicles in the showroom’s service department. This role involves mentoring junior technicians, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and contributing to excellent customer service by resolving complex technical issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities :
Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles, including engines, transmissions, electrical, and electronic systems.
Perform advanced troubleshooting and resolve complex mechanical/electrical issues.
Mentor and guide junior technicians in technical tasks and best practices.
Ensure vehicles are serviced according to manufacturer standards and safety regulations.
Conduct preventive maintenance and quality checks on serviced vehicles.
Maintain proper records of repairs, inspections, and parts usage.
Collaborate with service managers and other staff to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
