Job Role :  Service Advisor serves as the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring tractors and agricultural vehicles are serviced efficiently, issues are addressed, and customers are satisfied. This role requires technical knowledge, communication skills, and a customer-focused approach. 

Key Responsibilities : 

• Greet customers, understand vehicle issues, and recommend appropriate services.
• Prepare service estimates, quotations, and invoices accurately.
• Schedule and coordinate servicing and repairs with the workshop team.
• Explain technical issues, service updates, and maintenance tips to customers.
• Upsell additional services, parts, and maintenance packages.
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain service records and report daily workshop activities.
