Job Role :  Service Advisor acts as the primary point of contact between customers and the service team. The role involves understanding customer issues, recommending solutions, coordinating repairs or maintenance, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities : 

  • Greet customers and understand their vehicle service needs.
  • Diagnose customer complaints and communicate technical issues to the service team.
  • Provide cost estimates and timelines for repairs or maintenance.
  • Schedule service appointments and follow up on vehicle status.
  • Explain service procedures, recommendations, and warranty information to customers.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of service orders and customer records.
  • Coordinate with parts, service technicians, and accounts for smooth operations.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally.
  • Follow up post-service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Promote additional services, maintenance packages, and accessories.
