Service Advisor
Job Role : Service Advisor is responsible for acting as the main point of contact between customers and the service workshop. They greet customers, understand their vehicle service needs, and prepare job cards while explaining service procedures, timelines, and costs. They coordinate with technicians and workshop staff to ensure timely and quality service, keep customers updated on progress, and obtain approvals for additional work when needed.
