Service Advisor
Job Role : Service Advisor at a Hyundai automobile showroom or service center acts as the primary point of contact between customers and the service workshop. This role involves understanding customer vehicle issues, advising on required services or repairs, preparing job cards, and ensuring timely and quality service delivery. The Service Advisor plays a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction, maintaining service standards, and supporting after-sales revenue growth in line with Hyundai guidelines.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet customers and understand vehicle service or repair requirements
- Open job cards and explain service procedures, costs, and timelines
- Coordinate with workshop technicians and supervisors
- Ensure timely completion and delivery of serviced vehicles
- Keep customers informed about service progress and additional repairs
- Promote value-added services and genuine
- Hyundai spare parts Handle customer complaints and ensure effective resolution
- Ensure accurate billing and service documentation
- Follow Hyundai service processes and quality standards
- Maintain service history records and update CRM systems
- Support warranty claims and service campaigns
- Achieve service revenue and customer satisfaction targets
