Job Role : Service Executive acts as the link between customers and the service workshop. The role involves receiving vehicles for service, understanding customer concerns, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring timely delivery of vehicles with high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Welcome customers and record vehicle service requirements
  • Prepare job cards and explain service procedures and costs
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and repair
  • Keep customers informed about service progress and additional work required
  • Ensure timely delivery of vehicles after service or repair
  • Explain completed work and billing details to customers
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve service-related issues professionally
  • Maintain service records and customer data
  • Promote service packages, maintenance plans, and genuine spare parts
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety standards in the service area
