Service Manager
Job Role : Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire service department operations, ensuring high-quality vehicle maintenance and repair services while achieving revenue targets and maintaining customer satisfaction. This role involves managing service advisors, technicians, workshop operations, and customer relations to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage daily operations of the service department and workshop.
- Supervise and support service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
- Ensure timely and quality completion of vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Monitor service revenue, productivity, and departmental profitability.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
- Maintain service records, warranty claims, and documentation accuracy.
- Coordinate with parts department to ensure availability of spare parts.
- Implement service marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Train staff on new technologies, tools, and service standards.
