Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily showroom operations and ensure smooth workflow
  • Achieve monthly and annual vehicle sales targets Lead, motivate, and monitor sales and support staff performance
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
  • Manage vehicle inventory, stock rotation, and display standards
  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalated complaints
  • Prepare and monitor budgets, expenses, and profitability reports
