Showroom Manager
Job Role : Showroom Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the showroom, managing sales and customer relationships, and ensuring high-quality service delivery for tailoring, readymade garments, and fabric processing services such as Thread Rolling, Fabric Brushing, and Knitted Fabric Compacting. The role combines sales leadership, operational management, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Handle customer inquiries for tailoring, readymade garments, and fabric processing services
- Promote services such as Thread Rolling, Fabric Brushing, and Knitted Fabric
- Compacting Ensure proper display and presentation of garments and fabric samples
- Take customer measurements and service requirements accurately
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales Coordinate with tailoring and production teams for timely order execution
- Monitor quality of stitching, finishing, and fabric processing services
- Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
- Supervise showroom staff and guide them on sales and service standards
- Maintain inventory of garments, fabrics, and accessories
- Oversee billing, invoicing, and payment collection
- Maintain daily sales reports and customer records
- Build and maintain relationships with regular and bulk customers
- Support business development and showroom promotions
