Site Engineer
Job Role : Site Engineer is responsible for supervising day-to-day construction activities at the project site to ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project schedules. The role involves coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and project managers to maintain quality, efficiency, and timely execution of construction works.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and monitor on-site construction activities
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and standards
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site workers
- Manage site resources including labor, materials, and equipment
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control
- Maintain daily site records, progress reports, and measurements
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and site regulations
- Assist in planning work schedules and resolving site issues
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and consultants
- Verify material quality and workmanship
- Support billing, measurements, and documentation activities
- Report progress and challenges to the Project Manager
